A weave built for drying. The raised waffle texture gives each towel much more surface area than a flat-woven dish towel. That means it picks up more water and airs out quickly between uses, so you don't end up with a heavy, damp towel sitting on the counter all afternoon. It's the same weave you'd find in spa and hotel linens, made for everyday kitchen use.
100% Turkish cotton, nothing mixed in. Each towel is woven in Turkey from cotton chosen for absorbency and strength. There's no polyester filler and no lint left behind on glassware or stainless steel. Like all Turkish cotton, they get softer with every wash.
A deep, warm red. The red looks considered rather than loud. It works with white tile, warm wood or stainless, and gives a neutral kitchen one deliberate spot of color. Red is the newest shade in the waffle collection, joining Lavender, Cameo Blue and Yellow, so you can swap colors by season or mix them.
