At this time, we are unfortunately unable to support shipping to international locations.
We try to ship all orders within 24 hours after payment is received Monday through Friday. Orders processed here will take 3-5 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use both USPS and UPS and you’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. Kindly contact us before purchasing if you would like to use a different shipping carrier.
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it.
A return label fee will be deducted from the amount to cover the cost of return shipping. Return label fees are calculated based on the original weight of your items in their original packaging.
